lil BIT ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Tori Titmas—some say I’m a sprinkle of Kristen Wiig, Meryl Streep, and Reese Witherspoon. I see myself as a Cleveland-born, musical-making middle child with a flair for bringing out the “inner weirdo” in others. Growing up with a very artistic mom, my affinity for performing was encouraged and nurtured. I was constantly casting my sister and friends in my own musicals, doing characters on the school’s morning news to announce the lunch of the day, and serenading my parents with my original jazz hits, The School Bus Blues.

After studying film & media arts at SMU in Dallas, Texas, I headed to Chicago to study at The Second City Conservatory, where I was mentored by Oscar-Nominated Director John Hancock (Bang The Drum Slowly, Prancer). Together, we embarked on creating a feature film, The Girls of Summer. He directed and produced; I wrote and starred in it. The film is now available on Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and Tubi.

After relocating to Arizona, I continued my acting training and appeared in several commercials, including a national spot for Jersey Mike's. Following the sudden loss of my father and a few other hardships, I took a brief hiatus from acting to focus on family and health.

But the stage always calls me back. ;) Last year, I made a short film in Hawaii that’s hitting the festival circuit, studied at RADA in London, and officially left my full-time Creative Director job. Now in LA, I’m diving in headfirst—working with Amy Lyndon, studying at AMAW, signed with Love Talent as my commercial agent, and developing an indie comedy feature film. I’m just trying to be the “weird” I wish to see in the world. :) One day at a time.

Much love,
TT
